Accounts and roles
Three role types share one platform. Nurses keep their own practice cases, educators own rubrics and teaching cases, and governance administrators are the only people who can approve a Transparency Passport.

What each role can do
Role separation
Registered nurse
- + Generate synthetic practice cases and keep them private
- + Work through the reasoning workbench and record reflections
- + Read approved evidence cards and approved Transparency Passports
- − Create or edit rubrics
- − Submit or approve passports
- − See other people's private cases
Nurse educator
- + See every learner case for teaching and debrief
- + Author and share rubrics
- + Submit a Transparency Passport for a signal or pathway
- − Approve their own passport
- − Activate a signal without administrator approval
Governance administrator
- + Approve, request changes to, or reject a Transparency Passport
- + Read the full append-only governance audit trail
- + See all cases, rubrics and governance records
- − Delete an audit entry
- − Bypass the passport gate
Role separation is enforced in the database, not only in the interface: every table has row-level access rules, and the approval action is restricted to administrator accounts.
