Public Data Catalog

Every real source that powers NurseWise cases, evidence cards, and quality modules — with license, citation, and usage scope.

How NurseWise uses public data

The platform combines open terminologies, published clinical guidance, and public synthetic datasets. All patient-level records remain synthetic; no real protected health information is stored.

Terminologies

SNOMED CT, LOINC, ICNP, and FHIR R4 are referenced by code/URI to label simulated observations and teach interoperability.

Guidelines

Surviving Sepsis Campaign, WHO, NICE, and AHRQ guidance are cited and linked, not redistributed verbatim.

Synthetic datasets

Synthea, MIMIC-IV Demo, CMS SynPUF, and CDC NHANES provide realistic reference distributions without patient data.
